The background of our staff includes of extensive training in four and five star restaurants and hotels, those of which include the Ritz Carlton in Chicago, the Fairmont Hotel in Denver, in addition Sam LoPiccolo is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
